We retweet relevant messages from official and reliable partners.
We check the @messages every day, but we only respond when the answer is interesting for our target audience. If you are waiting for an individual answer, do not hesitate to contact us via our web form.
We will not automatically track an account that follows us. We will follow the other government departments and agencies with which we have a formal relationship. The fact that we follow a Twitter account does not imply any approval of any kind.
We can refer to existing hashtags. It is a matter of categorizing messages to make them easier to consult. It does not imply any type of approval.
We manage the Twitter account during normal business hours from Monday to Friday.
The @certbe account is managed by the CERT.be team.
Tweets are published in French and Dutch. Only in urgent cases can a message first be published in English, which will be repeated in Dutch and French as soon as possible.
